Crowdsource Content
Participants scan the QR code, register their name, and type in a brief sentence describing their very first job (e.g. mowing lawns, flipping burgers).
Guess & Lock In
Rounds advance on the projector screen. Everyone rushes to guess which first job description belongs to the featured colleague before the 20s timer runs out.
Harvest Stories
The correct answer is revealed, awarding speed-based points. The facilitator pauses for 60 seconds to let the colleague share a story about that first job.
